Honoroble Colleagues, In our efforts to share the Lord's gifts with all the world, and eternally abide in the ways of Christ, we wish to offer the following proposal on Foreign Conflict and International Aid. If there are no objections, and if it please the Honorable Spiritual Leader, we wish to enter it unto debate 'til Tuesday, 26 July. |

Proposed: The government gives high levels of aid to countries in need.

Old value:: Only refugees that are victims of extreme circumstances are welcome; no aid is given to them.
