Whereas trade affords a nation opportunity for increased wealth, growth and stability: Article 1: By way of national law, all domestic and international barriers to trade by individuals citizens and businesses of the Democratic Republic of Aloria are repealed; Article 2: By way of national law, these barriers may include, but are not limited to, sanctions, export taxation and legislation, are hereby repealed; Article 3: Under national law, all new barriers to trade are hereby prohibited; Article 4: Under national law, no individual or business residing or headquartered within or outside the Democratic Republic of Aloria will be penalized for participating in consentual, legal trade; Article 5: This bill will, upon passage, take immediate effect. |
