| This bill deals with and wishes to change the current laws in effect with regards to private car ownership. We should not regulate what cars people own, or how many they're allowed to have, we can only offer them incentives and help them consider new options for travel. We cannot and must not become a police state whereby we tell the people what they may or may not buy. |

This is the beginnings of a police state, where we tell the people to wear, what to eat and drink, what cars to have and who to marry. We have to explain it to the people, not force them into doing something. We can offer them incentives, we can tell them about the risks, we cannot decide for them, treating them like children. |

This research would not have taken place if the legislation had not been introduced, and were it rescinded, the car companies would spend less money on working to produce cheap, environmentally-friendly fuels - which is what we all want. |

| Message | But a car company will not spend so much money just for the Aldegarian market. It would be more cost-effective for them to skip Aldegar and not sell here than go for enviromental fuels , which as mentioned, is costly. If you offer incentives for people to buy said cars, then more people will, but you cannot force the people into buying something they may not wish to. |
