Whereas creating and having children is a choice of individuals of child-bearing years, and often, society's financial and social unnecessary burden: Article 1: Under national law, one day after the passage of this act, child welfare assistance for existing parents/children (children born on or before the date of the passage of this bill) will be capped at NO MORE than assistance for two (2) children PER PARENT; Article 2: Under national law, one day after the passage of this act, child welfare assistance for all children born from this point on will be capped at NO MORE than enough for two (2) minor children PER PARENT UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: Article 3: Under national law, upon the birth of child #2 as mentioned in Article 2, BOTH males and females will submit to state-funded sterilization as a condition of receiving state child assistance for their 2 children; Article 4: Under national law, exempt from this act are cuts in child assistance for children who are completely dependent (for life) on parent(s) due to lifelong, doctor/physician verified/sworn disability or infirmness; Article 5: The state will pay for all sterilization visits and procedures; Article 6: For women, this procedure includes tubal ligation sterilization and, for men, vasectomies; Article 7: Again, this bill will take place ONE DAY AFTER its passage. |
