| We suggest that, in these difficult times, a more progressive form of policing is needed. In order to establish this futuristic vision, it is necessary to make a few changes to our existing police forces. This first step, then - is to remove the 'domestic' police force, completely. Our suggestion is that PART of the Likatonian Armed Forces be assigned, instead, to domestic security - since they are much better trained and equipped... better able to deal with dangers such as terrorism and organised crime. |
