MessageWe want movie Certificates to stop young children watching violent, scary and/or sexual content. This will only apply to cinemas and such. Adults that have bought the film have the right to show it to a child IN THEIR OWN HOME and not in a theatre.

MessageInteresting concept. Never tought of it. I'll think about it but for now I have to vote no. This is too new and strange for me. Any other country who does this and it works? I would hate if Hutori's population was the test dummy of this policy.
