Bill: Law Correction 1 of 2378

Details

Submitted by[?]: Federal Social Democratic Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2378

Description[?]:

Our const. still states that the the Supreme Chanselor is the head of State, wilst elsewhere it states that the Supreme Govenor is the head of state, as, under Alorian law, the head of government and the Head of state is the same post. This bill is just a correction to take this misleading information away, clearly stating that the head of government and head of state is the same person.

MessageMay we ask of the MLP why they are voting against what is purely an adminastrative bill, correcting an error in the law?
