| Message | It also promotes inequality in a area which should be fair to everyone. Plus, the presence of private clinics will encourage the best doctors not to work in the public system, meaning those who can't afford to go private will recieve poorer treatment. Ultimately, for an issue like this, it must be one or the other. |
