MessageRape someone? Murder someone? Break into someone's home? Go to jail. Then, go to school on the dime of the people you victimized. Capital idea! Whose really benefiting from this arrangement? The individual who committed the crime that got him/her put where they are, or society who pays for imprisoning him/her then funding their "rehab"?

MessageHave you looked up our current laws for prisoners? They are required to work while they are there. The society has not to pay for their rehab, they do that themselves.
