MessageWe strongly back the provisions Article One puts in place regarding alcohol. However, we cannot support this bill due to Articles Five and Six. Regarding Ariticle Five, we believe that local goverments should possess the ability to determine smoking regulations in public buildings. As for Ariticle Six, we would support the strict regulation of tobacco sales similar to the regulation of alcohol sales enacted in Article One. However, we do not believe that the sale of tobacco should be completely banned.

MessageIn a perfect society, no one would take drugs at all. But our citizens must decide to do so themselves; as any historical example of prohibition has shown, illegalising drugs, alcohol or tobacco won't get rid of any of these things.

We question how article 2 aids in preventing drug usage, however.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
