The CPA renounces its old universal nationalization program and calls for devolutionary control. This platform (to be enacted after the left wins a majority in Congress again) will give local Cantons the power to create public cooperatives to manage and control essential industries.

This platform focuses on the economic aspects of local democracy, namely the management of energy companies, the maintanence of a fire department, and the regulation of farm size.
