The purpose for these reforms are for the protection of natural Kanjoran species in their natural habitats. Exotic animals run the risk of getting out into the wild and the keeping of them by either a zoo or a private owner runs the risk. Furthermore, the keeping of endangered animals from their natural habitats, is in essence, destroying them as a species. The redirection of forests and parks to the national, other than the local governments are for the purpose of greater effieciency. |
