Article 1.2 - All Gishoton nationals will be listed as either "White," "Coloured" (defined as mixed race), or "Gishotoi." Those who cannot prove conclusively either "White" or "Gishotoi" heritage will be listed as "Coloured."

Article 1.3 - Citizens who can only prove that one parent is of Caucasion descent, their citizenship may not be denied; however, they are required to be listed as "Coloured" on their identity card, instead of "White" or "Gishotoi." Those persons identified as "Welsh" will also be considered and defined "Coloured."

Article 1.4 - There shall be an Office of Racial Classification established as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to classify and separate all nationals of Gishoto.

Article 2.1 - Only those Gishotons classified as either "White" or "Coloured" may take part in armed combat. Gishotoi may only serve in non-combat positions.

Article 2.2 - There shall be separate and distinct regiments for "Whites" and "Coloureds" and there will be no intermingling of the races inside the armed forces.

Article 3.1 - Only those officers that are defined as 'White" shall be permitted to be members of the specially trained units to carry special weapons. Those defined as "Coloured" may only carry standard firearms. Those persons defiend as "Gishotoi" may not participate in the police services.

Article 4.1 - There will be separate public schools for each of the three races in Gishoto. Students of different races will not be permitted to attend the same schools as those reserved for members of other races.

Article 4.2 - It shall be the responsibility of the family to provide transportation to the special schools for each race.

Article 4.3 - The schools reserved for 'Whites" and "Coloureds" shall be established and maintained under the "separate by equal" policy. There will be no set standards in relation to those set for the "White" and "Coloured" schools for the education of Gishotoi schools.

Article 4.4 - The teachers of the schools must be members of the races which the schools serve.

Article 4.5 - All state-funded schools in the Republic of Gishoto must be segregated on or before September 3, 2373. Those that are not segregated will be ordered to segregate and their maintainance will be taken over directly by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Article 4.6 - There shall be separate offices within the Ministry of Education and Culture to administer the schools of different races. They shall be the Office of White Education, the Office of Coloured Education, and the Office of GIshotoi Education.

MessageApartheid is merely a way for racism to take effect within the country, and allows racial discrimination simply because of the opinions of the government. The Hulstrian Market Conservative Party votes against Apartheid.
