MessageThe state is currently making sure low income families aren't homeless and don't struggle so much when they have to pay bills and taxes. Private housing cost a lot and subsidizing them is just not enough. The current law just has public housing for low income families while the rest is still private.

The BPP is also stuck between the state providing public housing to low income familes or the State contracting with private companies to provide public housing. Either way the BPP does support "Housing Beautification" which is provided by private companies. Public Housing is usually ugly and moderately built.
