Message | We would like to limit the issues raised in a single bill to allow focused attention on each aspect of the bill. A large 63 proposal bill would prevent this from happening and lead to confusion for the voters on what a party is objecting to. A limit of three permits linking several issues into a single unified plan, while preventing overload. |
