Message | OK...if the latest income tax proposal is passed it will generate 34,000,000,000 in revenue. Similarly, the newly proposed budget here would cost 32,000,000,000 if approved, which of course would leave the Democratic Republic of Aloria with: a) a balanced budget as well all wish for; b) a 2,000,000,000 surplus; c) a 36% reduction in the federal budget (not the 40% to 60% proposed previously) BUT NO budgetary departments eliminated; and d) The top 7 budgetary slots (i.e. Head of Gov't., Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, Finance, Defense and Justice all as needed to operate this nation) get the least sizeable cuts. Plus, we redefined the tax brackets more properly, while simulatenously lowering taxes for the rich and poor alike by 3% per bracket! Please vote IN FAVOR of the latest income tax and budget bills! |

Message | After years of bloated government programs, expenditure and debts, the conservative coalition majority (MLF, MLP and AHR) have proposed and passed BOTH a balance budget bill AND a government spending bill. After several different bills (with the same intent: lowering taxes and government spending, some more vast, some very reserved) were proposed regarding these, the Democratic Republic of Aloria will now have a balanced budget, 2,000,000,000 ALO surplus, lower taxes for all classes (poor, middle- and upper-class), AND a 36% trim to make more lean the national government and the functions it provides! Despite the left minority coalitions unwillingness to accept this compromise, all citizens will now have more money in their pockets, less intrusive governance, and a nation's who fiscal responsibility is a beacon to all other nations. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
