Message | Labor doesn't believe in restricting people who may wish to purchase more than one car per household. We believe in a system of positive incentives, not in draconian restrictions on how working people should be allowed to spend their hard earned money! |

Message | Nein. Encouraging people to do it is one thing but the PAL will not support forcing people to give up their cars. What happens if a guy has a car collection and does about 5000 miles a year and then another person is a travelling salesman and does 50000 miles a year? This bill lacks flexibiltiy which is what most government bills/organisations do which is why we are so against most of them... No two people are the same, and that goes for the lives they lead. We need flexibility; not stringent government regulation that does nothing but make law-abiding citizens suffer... |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
