MessageEconomics 101, business owners/managers do not set wage levels, reality does. Since government laws do not magically add money into business coffers, setting a minimum wage will give some a raise but will make others unemployed, and raise prices of goods for everyone including the poor and newly unemployed.

So why do you want to raise unemployment and make things artificially more expensive?

Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
