Message | I think this is too restrictive. After all, what about immigrants who up till now have had no education? They may not be stupid, they just havent had the opportunity to access their intelligence. |

Message | They have plenty of time. It's not like there's a ticking time bomb on them ready to explode if they fail their test on their first shot or if they wait too long to take the test. Some may not even want to become nationals because they are illegal immigrants. This kind of helps them as well. And small, multi-lingual, booklets will be provided free to these people so they can properly study. The only excuse for failure is being illiterate. I really don't know how to respond to that...but how many people are illiterate? I wouldn't knoww. |

Message | A fair few refugees from lesser economically developed countries will most likely be illiterate or have severe difficulty. They must be given citizenship so as we can give them the benefits of Darnussia: An excellent education system. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
