Bill: Tobacco Sales Act 2387

Details

Submitted by[?]: Christian Democratic Alternative

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2388

Description[?]:

Recently released statistics from the Hutori National Health Service show that the amount of people dying as a result of smoking is growing. The statistics show that increase is mainly found amongst people with additional health hazards. The CDA thinks that extra regulation of, but no prohibition, tobacco sales is necessary. People under treatment in a hospital shouldn't be allowed to buy tobacco.
