Recently released statistics from the Hutori National Health Service show that the amount of people dying as a result of smoking is growing. The statistics show that increase is mainly found amongst people with additional health hazards. The CDA thinks that extra regulation of, but no prohibition, tobacco sales is necessary. People under treatment in a hospital shouldn't be allowed to buy tobacco. |
