Be it may that we of, the Most Royal and Serene Kingdom of Hutori, honour His Grand Duke Bryce Leigh of Keymon.

Whereas, our two countries are strong allies, of strong values, and at peace since the beginning of time.

We, of His Majesty's Parliament, wish to honour His Grand Duke Bryce Leigh to visit Hutori, its leaders, and its Parliamentaries, in 2390 to celebrate our long lasting friendship.
