Section I: Prime Minister Article 1) A Councilman on behalf of the Prime Minister will set up a debate where the Prime Minister can frequently meet with the Ministry Ministers. This debate will be controlled in terms of meeting process by the Prime Minister and decisions regarding the function of the plan will be left to him/her. Message | I have a question. Did this thing ever expire? Or are you just re-making it because the cabinet has a few different parties in it? |

Message | I am redoing this because the resolution expired when Supreme Governor Bieler lost the executive office and Anatoly Torban took over. Now that my party is back in power, I'm doing this again since it was promised in Supreme Governor Bieler's campaign. As this excerpt states..... "This Resolution will remain active only as long as the current Admnistration remains in power." I think that answered your question. |

We are all FIRST CLASS people, regardless of whether we are rich or poor and can afford or not afford to pay for a more expensive seat. From now on, all seats on trains, buses, trams, planes and so on shall be the SAME.
