Executive-Cabinet Relations Plan
Proposed By: Liberal Democratic Supreme Governor Gregory Bieler
Introduction Explanation:
This Plan would set up increased relations between the Prime Minister (on behalf of the Supreme Governor) and the Cabinet Ministry Ministers. Ministers would have to give reports on what they are currently doing to improve the nation's standing in its twelve divisions of the Cabinet.

Section I: Prime Minister

Article 1) A Councilman on behalf of the Prime Minister will set up a debate where the Prime Minister can frequently meet with the Ministry Ministers. This debate will be controlled in terms of meeting process by the Prime Minister and decisions regarding the function of the plan will be left to him/her.

Article 2) The Prime Minister has the right to direct the meeting in the way he/she sees fit. The meeting's order will be set by the Prime Minister. If the Prime Minister requires a report of a Minister, the Minister must comply within a years time of the date.

Article 3) The Prime Minister has the right to request a report from every Minister. A Minister may not refuse this unless they appeal to the Prime Minister. If so, the Prime Minister will excuse them if he/she agrees with the situation.

Section II: Ministry Ministers

Article 1) Ministers must comply with the Prime Minister when asked for a report on their division.

Article 2) Ministers may appeal to be excused from giving a report on their divisions status.

Article 3) Ministers may hold a vote to inactivate the Executive-Cabinet Relations Plan.

Section III: Legality

Article 1) This Resolution requires 241 votes from the Supreme Council.

Article 2) This Resolution will remain active only as long as the current Admnistration remains in power.

Article 3) This Resolution will take effect when passed and will remain as binding law until the Resolution dies and expires and requires reintroduction into the Supreme Council.

MessageI have a question. Did this thing ever expire? Or are you just re-making it because the cabinet has a few different parties in it?

MessageI am redoing this because the resolution expired when Supreme Governor Bieler lost the executive office and Anatoly Torban took over. Now that my party is back in power, I'm doing this again since it was promised in Supreme Governor Bieler's campaign.

As this excerpt states.....

"This Resolution will remain active only as long as the current Admnistration remains in power."

I think that answered your question.

Random fact: When elections in a country are held, all bills in the voting phase are reset to the debate phase.

Random quote: First and second class seats on public transport shall be BANNED! We are all FIRST CLASS people, regardless of whether we are rich or poor and can afford or not afford to pay for a more expensive seat. From now on, all seats on trains, buses, trams, planes and so on shall be the SAME. We will all travel in the SAME way, TOGETHER. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
