Message | but if no-one smokes in the streets then there will be les litter due to the lack of ciggaret buts on the ground. Also it will stop the chavs from sciving off school to stand and have a smoke infront of it, which will improve attendence so the pass rate will improve. |

Message | Or they'll just get drunk and start attacking passers-by instead. Anyway, if they're already breaking the law by staying out of school, are they going to worry about breaking another law by smoking outside? Also, the government could use the money made from tax on cigarettes to buy litter bins, thereby actually lowering litter levels. |
