| Current State: That though the balance of taxes is quite well for the people whom have smaller incomes which needs not be changed, but yet those whom make a good deal more money are relegated to have their wages forcibly reduced in order to create greater social equality which is harming the economy by taking money away from them which could well be used to funnel into the economy. No current minium wage results in lower income for people whom are not professional workers. Preposition: That the taxes for everyone making 60,000 a year or up be set a maximum of 65 percent. Though we understand that this will result in a loss of a good deal of money gained from taxes we do see that in the end the nation shall benefit more for taxes being reduced to a lower level with the cap being 65%. Create a minium wages which allows people to make enough money to support themselves well enough. End Results Foreseen: We see that with taxes being reduced we believe that the money will be reinvested in the economy being spent and therefore strengthen the economy and the nation as a whole. Furthermore, with more money being spent sales tax revenue shall increase and help to offset the money lost by the lowering of taxes. As well, with more money being spent means more jobs will be created, lowering unemployment, that the standard of living will increase as more people become employed, which shall increase tax revenues, economic expansion, more economic stability due people knowing that taxes cannot increase beyond a certain point, and in the end more money shall be gained through taxes then anything that can be collected with the current system. With minium wage there shall be a better situation for lower class people whom shall be able to spend their money in such a way as to support themselves and with higher wages per captia income shall increase on average. |
