MessageWe can certainly lead the way by having the best health care in the world, just this is not the way to achieve that. This is the way tro ensure that all competent health professionals emmigrate at the first opportunity.

Message((Also, Canadian citizens who want quality health care on demand either go to (and pay) veterinarians, or if they are able to, go to the United States. The fact that health care is "free" in Canada doesnt deter them from seeking more expensive, but far better(and available), healthcare))

MessageI have not made any claims. You're the one who brought up a lying smear campaign against my country.

please post a source that the "overwhelming majority" of good canadian doctors go to the US. Some do, but they are a minority.

please post a source that Canadians needing medical care go to the vet. It will be a great shock to the many Canadians whose lives have been saved by our health system.

MessageI have seen many statements to the effect that Canadians needing medical attention are subjected to months of waiting, and that in some of the more urgent cases, people go to the (private) US hospitals for treatment. Where this is not possible, there have been reports that some go to other types of doctors, such as veterinarians.
This was not intended as a "lying smear campaign against your country". In such a situation, I do not blame those people, and I would probably do the same if I were geographically unable to get to the US.

I didnt say that the overwhelming majority of "good" canadian doctors emigrate, though a significant minority does. What I said was the the overwhelming majority of the best doctors does emigrate. Meaning the best doctors in their fields. The Masters of the medical profession.

"Please post a source that Canadians needing medical care go to the vet. It will be a great shock to the many Canadians whose lives have been saved by our health system."
Some do go to a vet, most dont. When care is urgently needed and there is no other option, the public health system sometimes proves to be inadequately slow. Eliminating the possibility of "human" doctors leaves little other choice.
I apologize that you have taken offense at my earlier statement.
