Message | This is an attack on our national sovereignty. Under our constitution, non-citizens do not have any special rights. Furthermore, under our prison system, prisoners are put to work. It is utterly ridiculous and hypocritical that we would treat foreign enemy invaders better than our own domestic prisoners. |

Message | @IP: maybe not 'special' rights, but perhaps equal ones? |

Message | I would also point out that this reform is being made while we are at war. I suspect the Republican Party of Hutori sympathies - for they are weakening our institutional ability to punish the enemy by their gutting of our laws, and destroying our financial capacity with tax cuts, when that money is needed for war. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
