| Message | Now it is the article 7, but with article five, the one about positive discrimination. I am having trouble distinguishing the difference between what is going on now, and the new one. It currently says "Ok, do whatever you want", the new one says "encourages" which means you dont have to do so, so it is still pretty much saying "do what ever you want" |
