| The CDA honestly believes that the people of Davostan bear no malice towards Hutori. We believe they have been misled by the undemocratic Union (Telamonian) goverment. Through this resolution the CDA calls upon all Hutorian parties to establish contact with Davostan's anti-unionist parties and to help them form the Davostanian Popular Front against the Union. Should Davostan withdraw from the Union we can end the two-front war Hutori is waging and focus all our forces on the Telamonians. |

| Message | Davostan's ruling coalition controls a super-majority of seats in our senate, as we have recently invited the opposition to join the government based on our concrete pro-Union stance. There is little anti-Union sentiment in Davostan, but plenty of peaceful sentiment as we hope for a negotiated restoration. |
