Its no good just locking them up and forgetting about them, we have to make sure that prisoners come out with the skills they need to get jobs and become productive tax paying members of society! This is not just about the money in your pocket either. Rehabilitation is the way to prevent criminals re offending and eduction is a key element of this aim.
