| A bill to implement, in a limited manner, the death penalty in the D.R.A. This death penalty would be carried on via legal injection and apply only to those convicted in a court of law with first-degree (premediated) murder including acts of terrorism resulting in death. It is reminded that D.R.A. law guarentees a lawyer to those who cannot afford one, and the prison population budget is stretched thin by having to feed, water, give medical treatment for, etc. for convicted premeditated murderers. This is unfair to the citizens of D.R.A. who are law-abiding and whose taxdollars ulimately fund these currently-incarcerated for life individuals. |
