MessageThe SNP too wishes to see the day that it's interests are fairly represented by an eligible, voting member of the Grand Council.

MessageWe respect the most reasonable wishes and concerns of the ACP and the SNP - we understand that these parties would like to gain some seats as soon as possible.
However, we feel that an early election would not be entirely beneficial to our position - we feel that an early election at this stage would allow certain parties to gain seats who we do not see as our allies.
Therefore it is not in our interest to call early elections, though we do want both the ACP and the SNP to gain some support in the electorate, and look forward to a point in time when they can both compete fairly in voting. We respectfully decline.
