BE IT RESOLVED by the National Assembly of Rutania, that:-

1. The Loyalty to the Kaiser Act of 2370 is hereby repealed.

2. All portraits of the Kaiser that have not yet been removed from public places or buildings shall be removed as soon as possible.

3. The Government shall immediately release all political prisoners, both Rutanian and foreign.

4. All foreign political prisoners shall have the right to leave Rutania and return to their country.

5. The Imperial Restoration of 2363 shall to all intents and purposes be deemed unconstitutional.
