MessageWe must disagree with our ally, the FF. The fact that weapons can be concealed makes it impossible for criminals to know whether or not the old lady they plan on robbing is packing heat. It acts as an incentive for criminals to keep to themselves. Forcing openly carried weapons destroys a major purpose for allowing civilians to hold weapons.
