To understand a new role must be set off the centralization that rules our nation in the form of the central regime of the government and we believe that we should bring changes so as to increase the power of local governments.

While recognizing that there are many things that should remain in the hands of the central government, we also believe that local governments should be responsible for setting their communities laws in a number of things that relate to their own morality should have the right to determine their own moral standard in a number of different things.
