MessageJust because they work for the state does not mean they should not have the right to strike against it. In such cases where they strike, we give all workers what they demand. Also, if someone is in desparate need of assistance, I do not think they will be cruel and leave them to die. At least one striking doctor will have a good heart.

MessageWell it's very well that one striking doctor has a good heart and works...but it doesn't help if this is a nation of 50 million needing healthcare, is it?

Messageeverybody under the current law has the right to strike, but only those critical to society should ensure minimal service, this service is not ensured with full right to strike...

MessageSEP, if doctors, policemen, firemen are fully on strike, if a patient is admitted to the surgery WHILE theyre on strike, if a house catches fire, if a crime occurs during a strike, some may not have the heart to go back to their work, some might not even hear of it.

This bill is dangerous.

MessageI agree with CED, this bill is dangerous and will cost people there lives, if the Police, Military, Fire Service or Medical Personal go on strike and there is no cover, people will die. The current laws allow them to strike, but at the same time makes sure that it is not considered to be strike breaking if the state ensures that there is a minimal service which can adequatley protect the citerzens
