Description[?]:

After discussions with our partners and Government colleagues we have prepared a new budget to better provide for our Empires current requirements.

Head of Government: This reduction has been reached through improvements in technology within the department.
Foreign Affairs: Due to large investment in previous years reductions can be made in the Foreign Affairs budget due to staff rationalisation and improved building maintenance costs.
Finance: Reductions in the Finance Department budget has been made possible by reductions in overheads and simplification of forms and paperwork.
Defence: Due to the expanded nature of protection to be provided by the Hobrazian Military and the need to maintain our position as a world power the budget will be increased by 20bn HCR to better provide for future requirements.
Infrastructure and Transport: Due to the completion of all major transport construction schemes the budget will be reduced to near original levels. However a limited budget increase has been confirmed in order to update all 102 HSDT sets to improve passenger comfort and reduce environmental damage caused by the current engines as well as a further build of 31 AHSET's to increase capacity and speeds on the Midland and West Mainline (Astoria City - Gram City/Herinton via Tan).
Health and Social Services: An increase of 2bn HCR's to increase staff wages and so improve patient care throughout the NHS.
Education and Culture: Increase of 1.5bn HCR's to fund investment in teaching materials and new buildings to improve the quality of education at all levels.
Science and Technology: An increase in the Science budget to improve research in all areas, but with special inference on medicine, computing, weapons and personnel technology.
Environment and Tourism: Tourism budget decreased due to reductions in spare capacity and staff rationalisation.
Trade and Industry: Spending increased in order to improve the position of all State owned businesses, not already covered by prior departments, in regards service and product provision.
