| Article 1: We should allow people to assemble in public up to a certain extent. If those people start creating a dangerous enviroment for others than the police should be able to come in a dispearse the crowd. Article 2: We should make sure that everyone who wishes to become a citizen of this nation understands our history and beliefs. They should pass a basic test to be granted citizenship. Article 3: We must not allow aliens to become permeant residents in this nation that have been in trouble with the law in the country they have come from. Article 4: During this age we need to have the ability to get vital information from people who are deemed domestic terrorists and who endanger the welfare of our citizens. |

| Message | I don't know if the member who submits this bill has any kind of support for liberty, democracy, peace or actual justice - though the content of the bill certainly provides enough evidence to indicate their disdain for the aforementioned virtues - because this bill is a blatant insult to it. Simply, the provisions of this bill give the government too much power to interfere even more so, for something of which this Alliance does not stand. |
