Message | Greetings to all members of the Imperial Senate and of all parties thereof, I put forth a bill to continue with the trend of private health care but also to provide a balanced safety net for those on very low incomes; where the government will opt to insure low income earners to provide a low-cost choice to them and subsidise pharmaceutical medicines. |
