MessageGreetings to all members of the Imperial Senate and of all parties thereof,

I put forth a bill to continue with the trend of private health care but also to provide a balanced safety net for those on very low incomes; where the government will opt to insure low income earners to provide a low-cost choice to them and subsidise pharmaceutical medicines.

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way.

Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne
