This bill shall make the education of our children independent of religious bias. While we shall continue to encourage and allow childrens' spiritual development, we believe that this is a personal choice, and should be left to children themselves.

Furthermore, schooling should be independent of government-imposed biases, and so the national anthem shall not be required.
