All people have the right to a roof over their head, to the basic necessities of food, clothing and shelter. The government shall create a programme to build low-cost housing for those Beluzians who are homeless. Public housing shall be offered to low-income Beluzians, defined as anyone living below the poverty line. |

Message | People tend not to respect things they didn't buy. So I think that the homeless should be put in hostels instead of homes. The get them a job then get them looking to buy a house. The government should put a wee bit pressure on builders to build affordable housing so that there is cheap housing available for the poor, other than that the PAL believes the government should do nothing. Charity is better than Government 'help' |
