| WHEREAS the Most Royal and Serene Kingdom of Hutori has expressed its intention to declare their independnece from the socialist-dominated Union of Macon; WHEREAS the Union of Macon has threatened war with Hutori over this completely legal secession from the Union; Be it therefore resolved by the Emperor's most excellent Imperial Majesty, on advice of the representatives of the people of the Holy Luthori Empire, in this present Imperial Council: A Resolution recognising the independence of the Most Royal and Serene Kingdom of Hutori. ARTICLE I - The Holy Luthori Empire shall officially recognise the independence of Hutori, as a sovereign state, separate from the Union of Macon. ARTICLE II - Should the constituent nations of the Union of Macon threaten the independence of Hutori, the Holy Luthori Emperor is hereby advised to order troops to defend Hutori. ARTICLE III - The Secretary of State for Foreign and Colonial Affairs is directed to offer a hand of friendship with the Most Royal and Serene Kingdom of Hutori. |
