| Message | 2 years is not enough for a legislature to try to develop something. 399 seats were done to ensure that there is never a tie in voting or between 2 coalitions, so there is no way to form a new government (The number of seats in here was actually 100, then changed to 200, then to 199 because of a draw in the number of seats between the leftist and the rightist coalitions in the Senate, then changed to 299 then to 399.) |
