Message | We already have strong military ties with Aldegar through the Union des Nations Amicales. This treaty simply reinforces that treaty and further binds our two nations. |

Message | To the ASM, why do you hate this treaty? Why do you believe that Aldegar is trying to put so-called "pressure" upon your country? This treaty merely allows for your country to harness economic benefits from our military alliance. This is an act of friendship towards you. However, if you wish to deny it, then we shall respect that choice. The Republic of Aldegar loses nothing either way. |

Message | To say we would "hate" this treaty would be a bit much. We just don't see the point in involving our nation in this treaty because we don't see much benefit in it for us, and we strongly refuse the way the CCU got our nation involved into a merely web of treaties that bind our nation's parliament's freedom to decide about vital matters in a way different from their way of thinking. Nevertheless, because we see no considerably negative effects in this treaty, as a sign of good will towards the people of Aldegar we will accept it now. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
