These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 19:36:24, May 22, 2007 CET | From | Industrialist Party of Aloria | To | Debating the Economic Decentralization |
Message | Local government is very important and deserves to have these powers. |
Date | 01:05:53, May 23, 2007 CET | From | Party Royale | To | Debating the Economic Decentralization |
Message | Party Royale continues to be deeply concerned by this rising tendancy towards devolution. Local governments are more prone to corruption, and should not be allowed to pursue destructive policies that infringe upon their citizens' rights and hurt Aloria as a whole. |
Date | 04:03:46, May 23, 2007 CET | From | Moderate Libertarian Party (NoCoalition) | To | Debating the Economic Decentralization |
Message | The MLP could very well see supporting this with its 187 parliament votes. |
Date | 14:51:32, May 24, 2007 CET | From | Fair Capitalism Party | To | Debating the Economic Decentralization |
Message | We would enquire as to why the PR does not seek to have Aloria assimilated into a wider Artainian state, as the new, more powerful parliament which ruled over it would surely, according to its logic, be less corrupt than this one. |

Random quote: "No one today can afford to be innocent, or indulge himself in ignorance of contemporary governments, politics and social orders. The national polities of the modern world maintain their existence by deliberately fostered craving and fear: monstrous protection rackets. The 'free world' has become economically dependent on a fantastic system of stimulation of greed which cannot be fulfilled, sexual desire which cannot be satiated and hatred which has no outlet except against oneself, the persons one is supposed to love, or the revolutionary aspirations of pitiful, poverty-stricken marginal societies like Cuba or Vietnam. The conditions of the Cold War have turned all modern societies - communist included - into vicious distorters of man's true potential." - Gary Snyder |
