Details

Submitted by[?]: Narikaton Patriot's Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2409

Description[?]:

Why limit advertising? Should ads not simply be regulated by the standards of the media they are placed in? If an ad is found offensive to the public, they shall simply refuse to buy the product. The government has no right to level the market field and effectively chose products for the consumers.

MessageNo, the advertising would be held to the same standards as the media it placed in. As it stands advertising is held to a different set of standards.
