| I've received this communique from the PM of the Endralonian Empire, which is currently in a civil war with New Endralon. The people of Endralon had a mass exodus towards capitalism and conservatism, and the old communists and socialists were embittered by their loss of power and took to arms. The Empire is currently trying to organize a ceasefire, but New Endralon has seemed to disregarded the notion of peace. =============================================================== Fellow citizens of Terra, the Prime Minister of Endralon writes to you to warn you of a growing threat. Most of you will be aware of the tensions between the two Endralons. A peace conference was held to try to reach some sort of agreement. My party, with the support of our nation, proposed a non-agression treaty but the communists have weasled and wiggled and still won't sign it or any document promising not to nuke our nation: http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=16081&mforum=particracy#16081 We also have intelligence they are actively planning a war. We ask our fellow minded capitalists to help us in our struggle against this Stalinist state. We wish you to propose official appeals to New Endralon from your countries, suggesting they renounce war and sign a non-agression treaty with us. We also you to suggest treaties which will state your support for any nation attacked by the Socialist Commonwealth. We basically wish to alert the world of the forthcoming nuclear war which is 100% planned by New Endralon against our nation, so that we may all work together to provide such an environment where they won't dare. My fellow believers in the good of the individual, the free and anti-communist, I warn you before you too are vaporised in red mushroom clouds. | Message | I understand the situation and will give a expanded statement later on. But, you're asking a mandate to support war and give help the Endralon State from a point of view of a capitalist minded? Two things I'm not so keen on actually. If war threatens, international intervention has to be done, no doubt. But, otherwise, our MFA will not chose colour, we have to stay neutral and not involve into the capitalist side of that country. |

| Message | Ofcourse, but even if the outcome lies in the MFA's hands, we cannot have given him te possibility to chose any political side in another nation, and certainly not with war mongering. The MFA has to stay neutral. We agree if the mandate contains the approval of the coucil for peace negotiations in that particular country. |

| Message | It's a falsehood to claim that the Empire is the warmongering faction. They have proposed peace, quite a generous peace as well, but New Endralon rejected it. I will edit the bill. |

| Message | Our party will not engage into a 'cold war' between socialists and capitalist of 2 different nations, as a treath of war in this matter is absolutely out of the question. Peace has been proposed as CCU said, New Endralon rejected it but they also said they have no plans as what so ever to invade the Endralonian Empire. |
