MessagePerhaps I'm just overly confident that people will support these moderately liberal proposals...

Messageone thing ive learnt is that you should never be overly confident in this country. The PPP will not vote yes, the rest of us will probebly vote yes... but i have had bill that i thought would pass that were utterly rejected.

MessageI think this one is conroversial actually. But I think we need to drag this country into the modern age - and part of doing that is recognising that different family structures can work, especially in an age when single parent families are the norm.

Messagewell i am all for it. i do think we need to be modern, but the PPP will oppose you all the way... anything controversial is shot down by them.

MessageWhy can't everyone adopt children? Why only couples?

MessageI think that single parent families are less preferable IF there is a choice on the matter... Some would argue the same about a homosexual couple, but the evidence support one conclusion and not the other in my view.

If we are trying to build modern family values I think a two parent houshold should be our ideal.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically

Random quote: "Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first." Ronald Reagan (1911 - 2004)
