"For the safety of the August Revolution, we of the Supreme Soviet of the Trigunian Socialist Soviet Republic have issued an emergency directive. In this time of chaos, true Trigunians should not falter. The terrorists will fall. Yet, the safety of the people of the Trigunian Socialist Soviet Republic will be greatly ensured with the passing of the Emergency Directive of the Supreme Soviet of the Trigunian Socialist Soviet Republic. We ensure the people that the contents of this directive will only last for a limited amount of time. When this time of chaos is over, the Supreme Soviet will repeal this directive, to ensure that all good Trigunians will continue to live their daily lives ordinarily. Long live Trigunia! Long live the people! Long live Comrade Martov!" - Michael Dzugashvilli, before the Emergency Directive of the Supreme Soviet of the Trigunian Socialist Soviet Republic was put to vote.
