| The graduated income tax must is a hallmark of any just tax system. Although this new tax scheme would more than double the percentage of income taken over 30,000 RCR for government expenditures, it would also increase taxes significantly on lower incomes. This is a Fair Tax. No single class benefits solely from this plan. However, with it we hope to abolish the harmful sales tax on essential goods and to significantly alter our government's budget in order to bring government investment in the economy up to 30% of the yearly GDP. This new money, once brought into the treasury, can be spent on all our important new programs which will benefit our people. |
