| WHEREAS the recent infiltration of politicians of the Mormon cult in Greater Hulstrian politics has recently produced an unrepresentative percentage of Mormons in government; WHEREAS it is recognisable that the Mormon cult is a dangerous threat to Hulstrian values and our society; WHEREAS the adherents to Mormonism have shown a blatant disregard for both the laws and traditions of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria and for His Imperial Majesty the Kaiser; and WHEREAS it is desirable to ensure that this infiltration is halted immediately to secure a future for the people of Greater Hulstria and our laws and traditions; Be it therefore resolved by the Kaiser’s most excellent Imperial Majesty, on advice of the representatives of the people of Greater Hulstria in this present Imperial Diet assembled: 1. Mormonism shall be recognised as a dangerous and subversive cult, and will be perpetually denied recognition as a legitimate religion. 2. The practice of Mormonism shall be prohibited throughout the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, those in violation of this shall be guilty of treason in accordance with the Judiciary Act. 3. All monetary, land, and other belongings property of the Mormon cult shall be surrendered to the Crown not later than 1 January 2415. 4. All teachers and officials of the cult are to be placed under house arrest until such time when it can be satisfactorily proven to the national police service that they have renounced their beliefs in the Mormon cult. 5. Individuals found guilty of spreading the Mormon cult in Greater Hulstria shall be indicted on charges of treason and receive a minimum punishment of life imprisonment with no eligibility for parole. 6. Immigrants who are adherents to the Mormon cult shall be denied entry to the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria until such a time where it can be satisfactorily proven to the immigration service that they have renounced their beliefs in the Mormon cult. 7. This Act applies to all splinter sects of the Mormon cult, to be defined by the Imperial Tribunal. 8. All political parties who are found guilty by the Imperial Tribunal of supporting or advocating the principles of Mormonism shall be declared illegal and banned in Greater Hulstria. The officials of these parties shall be guilty of the crime of treason. |
